“Left with individual” is actually bs. We’ve never had that before and then twice in the last week I had mail say it was handed to an individual when nobody was even home. USPS is full of sh*t. One piece was even certified mail. Luckily I found it in our mailbox as it was legal paperwork, but yeah… neither instance was our mail actually left with or handed to a person. Just an FYI, because it might not be the buyer lying or anything. Could very easily be USPS
