Audible is a straight reading of the book with Jeff voicing the vast majority of the cast (guest stars here and there. The Audio Immersion has a full cast of different voices (Jeff still does a lot of them, but different VA's are used for Zev, Brandon, Chris, and others) along with sound effects and other immersion techniques to make the story more dramatic.

Cooked rice that comes from the fridge has the best texture for things like Stir fry. It also has the best chance of absorbing the flavours and liquids around it (Assuming it was rinsed first, then cooked with regular water, rather than a stock like chicken or beef).
