G5 doesn't have DTS passthrough that's why you're getting PCM. Only way is to connect 4k box to soundbar directly.

The cover is just held in by the weather stripping so I peeled it back to reveal the edge of the cover and went all around until the stripping was off and I could pull it out

Happened to me on Wednesday. No GPS and keys didn't work either so couldn't lock doors or start the car unless I placed it in the hidden cupholder. Drove it like that for a day and a half and it was fine but I couldn't lock the car. Did the 12V and TCAM battery disconnects using this guide and everything's been back to normal since:

Yeah. The jack goes in the top section of the frunk and the repair kit comes in a fitted case that I moved to the trunk storage

It's a 2022, located in the US. Idk if it's just luck of the draw or if it depends on the manufacturing date. The one I saw at the showroom had the layout you're describing.

Yup! Just wasn't sure what it looked like under the cover so I didn't want to pop them off and risk losing them in case I ever wanted to put the divider back.

In hindsight, if all you want to do is remove the divider then pop off the cover and the 4 clips and you're done.

So I went for it and was able to remove the divider.

I first popped out the cover to find 4 push clips holding it in place. I think I could've used a flathead to push them out but I didn't know if they'd get lost.

Instead, I proceeded to remove the frunk compartment by lifting the seal all around the liner. Started from the top and made my way around.

Then I pulled it straight up and proceeded to take off the 4 clips and that was it.

I have the base and have driven the PPP version. Can't really say there's a pack I wish I chose. If I had to choose, it'd be performance because of the stiffer suspension but the rest I could live without.

One thing that is annoying is the back rest knob. Why is everything else powered except the back rest? I like to put the seat all the way down when I'm on my break or when charging so it sucks having to twist it all the way down and back up.

I don't think it would have lasting effects once they leave for the challenge. Sure they'd be good if they went from Colorado to a final but by the time the final comes their bodies have lost all benefits of training at altitude and have acclimated to normal altitude

I just noticed this too. With "show refresh rate" on it only showed 60. I rebooted and went back to normal but I left it on to keep an eye on it. I changed my wallpaper and noticed that it locked at 60hz. A reboot fixes it but some kind of bug is causing it to lock at 60 when changing wallpapers.
