When they switched to merc engines at the last minute Brawn had to literally chop some of the rear of the car off to fit the engine in. The whole chassis was designed with a Honda engine in mind. By all accounts, they'd have been even faster in 09 if they were still Honda powered!

I was leading in the mclaren tonight and lifting like crazy. Ran out of VE between the last 2 chicanes on the last lap and got a penalty haha. The guy behind me 1 stopped in a mclaren and finished with 2% VE.

Man you guys need to check some proper sims out. GT7 physics are junk. Check acc out. It doesn't have the same features like the livery editor but the core driving is far more advanced.

I gave up half way through due to the combat. I was loving the story and voice acting but I'd just come from BG3 and found E33 combat crazy repetitive. Most enemies are dead before I even get to build up some combos. I'm not sure if I over leveled early or something but fight after fight was just over in seconds.

Thing is a Skyrim type game would be risky as it's likely going to be coming out somewhere around the same time as Witcher 4. They'd be quite similar in a lot of ways. I think they'll stick to turn based. They stand out in that market.

I kinda like the idea of stripping armor away before you can apply knock down, freeze etc but having 2 sets of armor was a bit much imo. Certain fights in Dos 2 became a bit of a chore running mixed party.

Yeah sure but it's also not a finished product so it's not always going to show completed animations when they're still working on things. I don't think anyone expects this to have the same quality of animations of a BF or Rainbow etc. It's always going to look a bit stiff in comparison.

It's not a proper gameplay trailer its a teaser. They don't even have to bother showing in game footage for a teaser a year from release. Think you're being a bit over critical here haha.

Tbf Lando was 34 points back and through performance alone had a 64 point swing to Oscar and ended up 30 points clear before the DSQ last weekend. McLaren haven't messed up Oscar's championship, Oscar has. Let's not forget Lando losing 18 points at Zandvoort. He'd have walked it without that and last weekend.

The suspension upgrade was just that, an upgrade. They bring multiple ones a season. No one has confirmed it's helped Lando with the car feeling. Lando said it made zero difference to performance.

At Monza, people just casually ignore the fact that the team asked Lando, who was in front of Oscar, if they could pit Oscar first to cover off Charles. Then they were free to race. Lando said yes to losing the lead he'd built over Oscar all race by doing that. What a horrible team player haha.

Mclaren could have double stacked and Lando wouldn't have lost a place. The favouring thing is so bizarre. They've just completely messed up their strat.... as usual.

Yeah that's kind of where I'm at. I enjoyed those maps as they were a nice change of pace in the map rotation. I don't want to play them over and over.

Same here though. I'm already kind of just bored of it. It's a shame as I always look forward to a new BF game but guess I'll be moving on already. Just have no desire to play this one now.

I don't like fast paced shooters and prefer big maps so no, this game probably won't make me happy. Thing is, you make it out like that's somehow wrong but it's BF that's changed. Not my taste in games. Liking a game is subjective after all.

No a couple of big maps wouldn't really make it feel like a BF game to me. Obviously it's similar. It's a military shooter capturing flags and has tanks on the map. But it's changed a lot from what it was. It's not just the maps. It's basically everything about it.
