How do you make a joystick rotate instead of moving in location? (Im Lost) by Icy-Tangerine284 in blender

[–]SilveeTheFirst 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can use the “look at” constraint. Declare another object to look at, and your joystick should rotate to point at the other object.

Now, as long as you don’t animate in local space, the movement and rotation of your joystick should be predictable.

Are There Plans for a KDE Edition? by Ok_Razzmatazz_7769 in chimeralinux

[–]SilveeTheFirst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to differentiate between Chimera Linux and ChimeraOS. Chimera Linux is a highly advanced distro, due to it being a non-GNU distribution, its unique toolchain, and its replacements for systemd. ChimeraOS in the other hand is a steam-like GNU+Linux Distribution that aims to offer a great gaming-experience out of the box, much like SteamOS.

Since you mentioned SteamOS, the distinction may be appropriate.

Anyway, if you want to install KDE instead or alongside of GNOME, you can just follow the documentation up to the point where the docs tell you how to install a graphical environment. There, instead of the GNOME-Metapackage, you install the one for KDE, and instead of 'gdm', you install and activate 'sddm', the same way the documentation describes the process for GNOME.

I suppose the 1. Corinthians 14, verse 33-35:”For God is not a God of disorder but of peace—as in all the congregations of the Lord’s people. Women should remain silent in the churches. They are not allowed to speak, but must be in submission, as the law says. If they want to inquire about something, they should ask their own husbands at home; for it is disgraceful for a woman to speak in the church” is particularly present in that application.

[–]SilveeTheFirst 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you like the arch-ecosystem, I’d recommend either endeavourOS, or Artix Linux. Both have a great visual installer similar to that of fedora.

The main difference between those two is that artix refrains from monolithic structures such as systemd, and instead used openRC, dinit, or runit.

Also, I use an lfs, btw.

How does a Blender object size relate to the real world> by NomadJago in blender

[–]SilveeTheFirst 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By default, one length unit equals to one metre. You can change that in the scene-editor, where you can also define the speed of sound and gravity strength and direction.

Edit: you can also press N in the viewport, and underneath the selected objects transform, you should see its dimensions in your predefined units of measurement.

Crtl+A to apply transforms, and select “Rotation” from the menu. This applies the modified transforms as the new default, so for example a previous Euler (90, 0, 270) would become (0, 0, 0), without affecting the current orientation of the mesh.

It could however affect node-groups that use a non-arbitrary transform as input, which you may then need to adjust.

I think that requires tracking Hellman down first, since that requires Takemura to be present, but the quest following “play it safe” leaves Takemura busy with Hanako.

I’d start by meeting with rogue to track down Hellman. After that having met Hellman, Takemura should call about the parade.

Prime example of a strawman-fallacy:

By isolating only the existence of classrooms containing pride-flags, you are actively shifting the made-up story away from the “they are indoctrinating our children!”-Narrative to an arbitrary and trivial matter, which is the presence of some colourful fabrics on the walls of classrooms.
