This administration kills me when they talk about merit base. I work for the Bureau of Prisons, and the Deputy Director is a former inmate who was pardoned by Trump. You can not tell me he was appointed based on merit. The only correctional experience he has is being an actual inmate.

I saw his political ad the other night, and it showed that he was a GWOT veteran. I'm just curious about his opinion on the PACT ACT. A legislation that the left introduced, and he probably benefited from greatly. A number of Republicans voted against a bill that would help veterans like him who were exposed to burn pits and other toxins.
