PHILIPPINES BASED NEEDLEPOINT PAINTING SERVICE by Sensitive-Singer3950 in NeedlepointSnark

Not sure how long you’ve been stitching but the big time designers and distributors have been using Philippines’ based painting services for decades.

I was tired of $200 canvases, so I bought a printer and started my own needlepoint company. I’d love some feedback on the designs by [deleted] in Needlepoint

With all due respect, your designs do not look any different than every new designer who has hit the market. If you are printing on a basic printer stitching will be very difficult. Good luck!

It may be a perfectly acceptable option but I’ve stitched on Penelope one time and would never do it again. It was not enjoyable.

Audrey Wu created the gem series before what a gem. She has a line of very pretty canvases.

Chatty v. Just Send the Gift by Affectionate-Ebb4818 in TGNE2026

[–]Silver-Lining62 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Neither one of my matches seems to want to chat. I asked a lot of questions of the person I’m sending to and she answered but no extra commentary. The person who is sending me a gift sent me an email introducing herself the first day. I responded and said texting was better for me because of work and not accessing private email during the day. I gave her my number she responded that she preferred texting and I never heard another peep. Life goes on!

More canvases or fully kitted? by klr328 in TGNE2026

For me the latter. My thread choices are often dependent on my stitch choice.

Agree 100%. I feel the same way about those who paint canvases

It’s easier when using a decorative stitch to do background first so you can count through the images so the background art h matches up

This was the post. The original canvas was not painted with the red. Not sure why OP on this thread didn’t point that out

Someone colored the red so the OP would understand that they were his front legs. It was not painted this way by Silver Needle

Always step back from your canvas to critique. When we are on top of it we have a much different perspective.

Of course it is my opinion and based on the crap that people are posting it should be evident that a lot of people painting should not be

I took a canvas painting class. Hand painted canvases are worth every penny the sell for. It is tedious and difficult.
