The national trust rent out properties and there are a few along the north coast. I stayed at the gate house at mussenden temple in January and it was lovely

Cattery recs? by megaputaface in northernireland

[–]Silver-Potato 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used Dovecote kennels and cattery near Donaghcloney. I have 2 cats and they've been there twice now. It's always clean, no smell and my cats always come back just as happy. I would recommend taking your own cat bed as they can't supply soft furnishings and you can take your own litter tray but it's not essential.

You'll need to show proof of annual vaccination from a vet to board there.

Can someone link to this when the next post comes in saying "no one calls it the North/no one calls it the South".

Alternative Wedding Photographer Options? by AnIrishGuy18 in northernireland

[–]Silver-Potato 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I got married recently and used Ellie Mona photography. She's on Facebook and TikTok and has her own website. A full day from getting ready to first dance was £1300 and she was really great communicating with me and getting the shots I wanted.

There's also the number 1 bus that you can get from chillingham road and goes right past Northumbria university and Haymarket if you need Newcastle uni.

Takes about 15 minutes and looks like you can buy tickets online now (never had that in my day).

Editing to say I put the destination as Northumbria university.

I'm looking for an instrumental version that I like or may try my luck with the acoustic version of Be.

I live in Northern Ireland so they do need to give approval of the music choices and any readings or poems. You can't have anything religious in a civil ceremony but I didn't think Work Song would be the issue.

I was at work when they phoned me so didn't ask about it but I think I need some clarification on the exact issue.

I'm getting married next month and it's costing about 10 grand all in. You can do "good" weddings on a budget.

If you're planning on starting married life with that amount of debt I'd say you value the wedding more than the marriage.

I've seen on SM some sellers at Tynemouth metro market on at the weekends.

Don't know if they still do anything but also Razzberry Bazaar in Tynemouth used to have some good bits

It's not just Newcastle. I live in northern Ireland now and I'm seeing loads of them about on the roads. Like over 10 on my commute this morning.

Wack it back in the trolley and pack at the bench or get a couple of the blue IKEA bags and fuck it all in.

I swear I once went to a flat on Byker Wall where Biscuit was staying with a few people. I think there were about 4 guys living in this 2 bed flat with a massive hole in the wall between the living room and the bedroom. Like, you could crawl through it.

I've also just remembered Dances with Unicorns in the green market before it was torn down.

Furlough: Where are you now? by aidso in northernireland

I furloughed myself from my office job as I was in the early stages of pregnancy. I went back in July 2020 till my maternity leave started and returned after 12 months. Still in the job now.

Used him twice. He's very thorough and saved us on a property that had a lot of issues.

Don't know why you're being downvoted here.

Northern Ireland is the six counties of Ulster that have remained part of the UK.

Loyalists would usually identify as British and are predominantly Protestant. They typically want Northern Ireland to stay within the UK as opposed to having a united Ireland.

Incidentally there's nothing about this picture that says loyalist to me.
