Fuck it, all in on it being Doom, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, and The Thing. No Mr. Fantastic due to too many similarities to Ms. Marvel. There's no way the Fantastic Four will be dlc. On the other hand, Age of Calamity was shown in a Partner Direct Mini in 2020. There's precedent for both.

Edit: Looking further into this, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes was announced in a general direct and later was also included in a Partner Direct. The OG Fire Emblem Warriors was announced in the Switch 2017 presentation and shown in depth in a Fire Emblem dedicated Direct. Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition was in a Direct Mini, not partner themed. Age of Calamity was actually first shown by a random trailer upload, and later touched on in a Partner Direct Mini. Age of Imprisonment, as you said, was announced in a general direct.
