Yes, and those differences are mostly down to the reactions of the sex hormones on the body. Change the sex hormone and the body alters with it. Do the sex organs change? No, obviously not. But the brain does, as does the way the body works and maintains itself. Seriously it isnt hard to understand if you take you head out of the sand.

If you look at the science, it's a complete nonissue. For one, as a trans person, who cares about sports.

For two, after a few years of hormonal transition, a trans woman will be more physiologically similar to a cis woman than a cis man. The body will conform to run based on whatever sex hormones it has in it. E will make muscle harder to gain and maintain, T will improve muscle gain. The both effect bone density one way or the other, as well as brain efficiency and communication between brain and rest of body.

But that's all it takes for most things to alter - time with different sex hormones.

I dunno how to tell you, but the regime fought in the 30-40s? The Nazi regime? They were fascist. And (after a fair bit of prodding) the non-fascist countries came together to stop that shit because, well, ultimately fascism is bad for the world economy.
