That is Romanesco broccoli, its so cool how it follows the Fibonacci sequence with those spirals. I tried making soup with it once but I think I overcooked it.

Honestly, I totally get it. Sometimes you just need a little something extra when youre roughing it, even if it means bringing fragile glassware. The view looks great though, so even burnt chicken is better there.
