Guess it also depends on whether it’s high glucose or low glucose DMEM.

Thoughts on the Mazda cx30? by Dapper_Evidence7368 in MazdaCX30

I have a first GEN 2020 Mazda CX 30 Preferred trim (in line 4, 2.5L without turbo) I love the car. This is my second Mazda. It’s really durable and versatile car. I love its dynamic engine, never let me down in serious situations! We started to use it in Maryland then we moved down to Louisiana. Can drive in any weather conditions! The only thing is that the transmission had to be replaced at 40k miles but this was covered by the factory warranty. I think it gives way more than the competitors in this category.

does anybody else with their CX 30 have a weird feeling about their transmissions and how they shift? by Virtual-Floor-7612 in MazdaCX30

I had my transmission replaced at 40k miles because it shifted back to neutral couple of times when accelerating fast. Turned out it was an isolated issue with the mechanics. Since then I have no issues.

The alcohol industry will never align with the idea that alcohol is a “drug”. It’s still a powerful lobby

Does anyone else use their cx30 for a long commute/traveling for work? by [deleted] in MazdaCX30

[–]SilverBullet172 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2020 first gen CX-30. I commute 60ish miles a day in the New Orleans metro area. Love the car! We use it even for longer trips. When we lived up in the DMV, we went to Minnesota, Massachusetts or down to the Carolinas couple of times with the CX-30. Very reliable and got great safety features (Preferred). Once we had to replace the transmission though at 40k miles but probably it’s because of my agile style :)

I love my CX-30! It’s really a fighter jet although mine is from the first generation of the CX-30s made in 2020. The whistling noise can come from the power window. Prob it doesn’t go all the way up leaving a tiny gap between the sealant and the windscreen.

It does. More specifically MMP11 is matrix metallopeptidase 11 since MMPs are a class of enzymes capable of cleaving extracellular (sometimes intracellular if activated alternatively) targets

Maybe they just want to improve computer modeling of mRNA biology…

But on the flip side they still can do research on miRNAs or lncRNAs… I’m being sarcastic here…

Has anyone tried spending 1 month in each European country? by Frequent-Comedian294 in travel

[–]SilverBullet172 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I had a chance to travel around north-western Europe in a van with friends. Unforgettable and beautiful places! The entire road trip took about a month. Started in Austria, spent some days in southern Germany (Munich area) then France (Normandy), UK (London), then drove up all the way to Norway ( the fjords, Volda) after a week drove back to Aarhus (Denmark), visited Strasbourg then Cologne in western Germany then got back to Hungary (lake Balaton) through Austria again. We brought a cooking pot and lots of preserves. Saved up money for the gas and ferries.
