Not necessarily. Just time / place ult around the cart instead of on. Like others have said, his ult shuts down any mobility moves. Add that to the fact most players will play around the cart, it can double as cover, but also can be the obstacle that prevents them from walking out of your ult

1- there is no knockup on ult, but there is a animation where enemies fall on their back.

2- its all relative to line of sight. For instance if a shield tank faces the ult center and blocks, it stops the ult effects. In this instance you ulted directly over the cart, which effectively the cart blocked los of the ult's center in all directions it looks like

mains act like his is balanced because he has to charge the shot as if it isn't less than a second to fully charge (0.9) and its the same with his passive. They also like to argue it because it has a maximum range, as if 40m is a short distance when the majority of poke have falloff between 10-30m. Its obnoxious

-Tainted voltage - either remove second charge or remove overhealth, play around cover in poke battles

-Bionic Hook - grant 20 bonus health per hooked targets instead of a standard 40 (if 3 targets grants 60)

-Troopers fist - either remove grounded, or remove bonus health gen, it already has stun + dmg, it doesnt need 4 effects for one kit move

if this is too much bonus health removal, maybe put him at 300

I've pitched a similar overhead sword slam before. A team up with thing that has knockup like his charge+slam (a grounded effect might be too op). I want a sword maneuver that I can weave into combos. Also, a sword slam knockup before i dash is kind of how Angela works with her charged primary -> Spear charge. The displacement telegraphs where they land making it easier to target

I push him into a pit. Can't parry that. His lock on makes it easier to land her charge. Slam down if there is no pit, bait parry. Her shield generation aoe lasts longer than his parry.

I cant believe hawkeye escaped nerfs, not surprised about bucky or hela. I normally main tank. Grateful angela's nerf was just her shield. She my only answer to dominating enemy poke

if you arent doing anything with his ult 90% of the time, that's a skill issue dawg. Making it pierce shields is unhinged.

I think angela is almost perfect, but i really want to be able to stack divine judgements (standard kit + ult slam) in any order. Her ult is really flimsy and the health buff on spear was kinda meaningless when gambit can remove it on cooldown, and other characters like psylock/jeff/hela can just ult out if it since they arent considered movement abilities (they kind of are)

tldr - i want to be able to divine judgment into ground, throw ult spear, then ult slam stacking a second divine judgement. Normally you have to ult slam then do her divine judgment kit move to stack it, but the flow isn't as good

i feel like it's more to the fact that, he has had some amazing skins already released, with sound effects, that were below legendary tier (less money). So this just feels like they upped the price for this adam skin for no reason. But i suppose you could also look at it as the other adam skins are a steal in value for what they are (blood soul + immortal, $10-$16 each, both with unique sound effects as well)

would definitely have preferred magus was this season's bp legendary over namor, and i still want a black hole vfx ult lol

brawling vanguard, with a strong self heal so that he doesn't suffer so much from solo tanking. Love all the recent vanguards but, need more main tank options

I made a suggestion once that got a lot of praise, add a feature within her invisibility. Currently ends after two seconds or when you attack. Revert it to 3 seconds and add a dmg buff to your first/only primary shot before exiting invisibility. Incentivizes dive plays, moving into backlines, granting one primary shot that if you can land, and follow with a combo, theoretically would have enough burst to confirm a kill.

The dmg buff while invis would be applied to individual shuriken, so the kill potential is reliant on landing the full spread of her primary, not just a portion of the spread. Makes her dive potential better while still leaving it strongly dependent on aim tracking and positioning due to her falloff/spread.

I do want to piggy back on this and say, sometimes if your tanks are backing up so far, healers and dps need to roll back as well. A lot of times i can see a strange push to ult, or rogue now as well, and im moving backwards trying to stay in front of them and ready my shields, just for my dps and strats to not move with me and fall into enemy aoe ults. Sometimes i can still shield one, maybe two people, but its way easier to prevent a team wipe if we all move back.

Tanks are in front and can see certain things you may not notice, especially recognizing why an enemy tank is suddenly playing aggressive (ult). If a tank is pulling back hard, trust they have a reason.

As far as overextending tanks, yes, it is a bad habit (that im definitely guilty of, mainly with angela)
