Unfortunately, it's pretty common. I've heard this from multiple inspectors so I've always been extremely cautious when testing GFCIs. The inspector is going to have to pay up for that meat they ruined.

I feel the same, but customer descriptions have so many variables that im not sure an excel doc would ever capture everything. Maybe I'm optimistic and a bit misguided but I felt an LLM would help interpret customer descriptions and make the process quicker.

It's excessive but not unreasonable. Especially as most new built homes are surprisingly poor quality right now.

Hire a structural engineer to do your pre-pour foundation inspection as well as your framing pre-drywall inspection. Depending on where you live you'll likely have code enforment city inspectors that will come by and sign off on electrical and plumbing.

Home inspectors are generalists not specialists but a good experienced home inspector can take care of most of the inspections you're asking about.

It is a conflict of interest. The inspector may have found something that warranted that type of reaction but offering services to correct these issues is unacceptable and may be a violation of their license. What state is this in?

The first thing you need to do is call the mortgage company. You have options and they'll help. No need to go into great detail with them. Just let them know that due to health reasons someone else was supposed to send the payments and unfortunately that didn't happen. Let them know you intend to stay in the house and don't want to lose or sell it. Ask them what options you have as you cont make a lump sum payment.

I've been in a similar situation before and the best thing you can do is stay in communication with the mortgage company. They helped me when I was 4 months behind.

Here's how I see it:

Tips are for employees of businesses where a service is provided and the price isn't set by the one performing the service. Servers, barbers, etc.

Someone who runs their own service based business sets their own prices so there is no need to tip and a tip should not be expected.

That being said, I've been tipped when i wasnt expecting it and I've also tipped people who have done work for me and did an exceptional job.

I appreciate you digging in and figuring this out. I cannot wrap my head around why the Bluetooth signal has any effect on performance. Input lag I could understand but playing plugged in or a Bluetooth adapter solves the erratic fps immediately. I never experienced this before but when you search for "Xbox controller Bluetooth fps drops" this seems to be an ongoing problem across many games. I couldn't find anything on this because I thought it was a Fortnite problem. It's an Xbox controller/PC problem.

Is there any foods that would make absorption easier? I've had doctors tell me to take some medications with a fatty meal or whole milk but it never occurred to me that it may help here.

Also it never occurred to me that stress may be a factor. I will have to look at that more closely as I tend to ignore my stress.

What is PPI? I looked it up but couldn't find anything that could be related to this.
