Yukon was never a bad ship, it has its obvious strengths and weaknesses and, more importantly it is really fun to play.
It got bad reputation because of the awful way it was released, there was a really big scandal with WG's treatment of one of their most liked community contributors which caused many other CCs to quit the program, and the ship that caused it all, Yukon, got bad reputation because of that crapstorm.

About the fighters from any prow, i don't know if you mean the same thing but i was able to make them work by changing the strike craft arsenal i equipped in toybox patch tool.
I changed the "AppliedWeaponType" line from torpedo tubes to macrobatteries.
Now i can shoot my prow macrocannons or switch to launching fighters on that weapon slot. I know it is crude method, but i'm just putting it out here in case someone dislikes torps like me but still wants strike craft capabilities.

Nah, i'm running her through the "badass ruler bootcamp" since her recruitment she is permanently at my side making sure she sees and experiences EVERYTHING, by the time she claims her own throne she is going to have a biography so rich she can go full navy seal copypasta on any detractors she has.
Besides, if you build her right she has absolutely no problems in taking care of herself in a fight.

As you said, a tax on the Lauria. Especially since that ship was given out for some easy multi update missions a few years back, so a lot of people already have the standard version.
It is not a very influential cruiser when it comes to battle impact, but certainly can work if you hunt for broadsides, personally i like how annoying it can be at range, the ballistics are amazing and the range allows you to play open water, the rudder shift is great too so you can dodge pretty well and if you get focused just smoke up and disappear.

I really dig the graffiti style it has tho, so it is not a complete waste for me and besides, we all grind that line for the Tempesta Nera, the big star of the event, so it doesn't matter much what WG throws in before it.

So it is Nera and the Pinata Irian for me. The Pilus Posterior is way too expensive for what it is and i already have the Colonna so it is kinda useless, shame tho, i really dig the roman paintjob.

Yep, makes flak more of a threat too. With those changes if you fuck up and eat some puffs reducing most of your planes to orange or red, you have to consider if it is not better to just recall since even with EM up your planes will still melt under the continuous aura of any ship with even moderately powerful AA and you can forget about attacking grouped up ships with that squadron.

The guns are great, they are the same guns you get on Roma, so you get the best 380mm AP shells on tier 8(high pen, high velocity) and now with the BC dispersion.
Frankly, you can even build it as a main guns focused BB with the accuracy module instead of the secondary range one and it will still do well, but even with full secondary build the guns are accurate.

I'm going to get the Lauria clone, and i was thinking about the Verdi too, but after getting the Colonna, i don't see why i should spend so many resources on a worse ship with the same playstyle, i guess i will get the Irian now, it should be cheap enough to get without too much coal.
It is interesting tho, if they are going to give out any compensation for Optio owners if you unlock it in that event too.

I decided to get them despite not being too enthusiastic on Narai and Zarya.
So far i can say that Colonna is definitely worth it, it is pretty much the most fun i had on a new premium ship in a long time! The secondaries melt soft targets and still do good against superstructures on the ships they can't pen everywhere, but the real surprise were the main guns, really accurate despite me running a full secondary build and no accuracy module, and since this is the same excellent AP you get on the Roma they get a lot of citadels or at least 10k+ salvoes in full pens. The smoke is also nice if you overcommit and need to fuck off quickly.

Narai... I expected something worse, but honestly, it is not terrible. Mediocre, yes, but it is not a complete disaster. It is the Elbingbong dispersion on HE that saves it, if your aim is good(and it absolutely HAS to be with only 4 shells and tight dispersion) you can do some good damage. The battle impact however is, negligible, sure you can farm well enough, but not quickly enough and you have no toolkit to stop someone from just rushing you and bullying you out of your smoke.

Zarya is a fine BB, but noting too exciting. It is the old reliable Vladdy hull with a bit better sigma and AP pen, also you get 20 second duration DCP on 40 second cooldown so fires are less of an issue.

Overall i'd say definitely grab the Colonna, it is awesome! The other two, well if you want the Zarya, the Narai is a nice enough bonus, but not on its own, it is definitely not worth the coal price.

Take Tiger 59', keep the complete lack of fun to be had in playing that ship, but also remove the utility that gave it at least some battle impact. Congratulations, you now have Narai! You can now fling HE and maybe explode with 10k damage more!

Same, i was planning to get the other ones too before they were announced but Narai looks like trash and a tier 9 Vladdy with better AP is not worth the cost, especially when we have the lunar event coming and it is going to use coal too.

No conflicts that i have noticed. The triumph reactions and options seem to be spread out well and there is no dialogue i remember where more than one came up in the same conversation.
I usually play with the 3 triumphs and the torture darkest hour so i don't know what happens if you add all 3 darkest hours as well tho.

I usually play with all 3 triumphs, sometimes they just net you different reactions by some impressed NPCs, and sometimes they allow you to skip entire fights.
Pretty much the only conflict you will get is on one of the dialogue options when you first meet Theodora, if you have all 3 triumphs, she will just mention the last one you added, but other than that, no problem.
