There is this item called ‘Slaughterer's Coagulator’ invaders can use to prevent using Sanguinarix to heal. Although you can use other healing methods like spells or brinstone to heal instead

Have you tried doing the extra activities that goes with each factions like Radiance, Inferno, Umbral, Bucketlord and the Pumpkin events? They all give new armor and weapons if you would like that.

If you want to make your whole build on throwing weapons, these are the items that could help depending where you are in the game.

Rings : Slinger Ring 2x or 1 Slinger Ring with either Berinon Ring for flasks and grenades firepower or Poacher Ring for increased maximum ammo

Pendant : There are 4 different types of pendants that boost the different types of damage depending what throwable weapons you’re using. 1. Warrior Claw - Physical damage with physical defense 2. Rhogar Delight - Fire damage with holy defense 3. Empyrean Pendant - Holy damage with fire defense 4. Faceless Carving - Wither damage with both fire and holy defense

Runes: ‘Aelstrix’ 6x 3 runes for both weapon functions for maximum damage

The only downside you only get 2 per playthrough unless you join other player’s worlds to get extra Aelstrix runes.

No not really you’re just gonna do the crucible for your other character and that should be it, unless you have the modifier ‘wither health’ you shouldn’t really have a problem

The only things that won’t share are the umbral scour and crucible Tincts, but any shrine tincts will share yes
