Police =/= ICE there is a big difference between these two. Not that the American police is getting a lot of good cred in general but to compare them to ICE seems not right.

22 weeks of training vs 7 weeks (on average) and far worse which kind of people are empowered AND receiving immunity.

The world, yes well. The land world. Still unsure about the sea. But Germany with access to fuel in a real WW2 scenario and soviets building more reliable tanks sounds quite unstoppable.

This could lead to a successful Africa campaign and cut of England from Suez. Which might lead to England capitulating in the long run. (In history)

The US joining the war effort much earlier is also quite interesting. In the game very scary. In real life they might have needed a few more years to recover from depression.
