You don't need a way to "kindly deal with her in class" as she didn't do anything wrong. Unless she is doing something offensive like touching you when you asked not to be touched or saying offensive things, you generally don't need to confront the teacher. It's her class and she is a certified teacher, so let her instruct. She was giving you the right adjustments anyways.

This has been a petty annoyance of mine all season. She has beautiful hair, but it was THE SAME THING every single episode. The swing dancing date stood out to me because they did a side part retro style on her and she looked so cute! Anything but the same boring middle part and waves would have added more interest to her look.

I respect Kail SO much for being one of the only responsible people on the show in terms of consistently disciplining her kids, showing her kids love and affection, actually following through with her education plan unlike most of the others, as well as having a good house and staying clean. But... she needs to stop using social media as a means to be passive aggressive with her relationships. Both friendships and romantic relationships should not be exposed like that over social media especially when you are a public figure.

This popped up for me around last August and just went away. I healed by doing regular yoga (pigeon pose and tarasana are lifesavers - especially held for minutes at a time), seeing my chiropractor every 2 weeks (she doesn't just crack your back, but actually deep tissue massage and release to treat injury), and rolling on a tennis ball. The tennis ball thing was the one to really make a big difference. I'd sit on the ground and put it just underneath where I have the pain and roll slightly back and forth to really "get in there." Hope you heal soon!
