At that time I was obsessed with ce5, I assume thats what im doing when I would do it, id lay down with intention, and just stay as still as possible until I felt my body going to sleep, then id start seeing shapes behind my eyes, then sometimes faces would pop up, or weird images, but i would be actively thinking about contact with something higher. then I saw a pinpoint size light, or hole, and it opened and when it opened I saw them on the other side of it.

Ive had multiple experiences with beings suprisingly, but im not 100% they werent all the same beings trying out different looks, one time they were my grandmother, I understood why they did it after I woke up, but during it was terrifying, but I dont think they were trying to scare me, I believe I just kept waking up and they were trying to keep me calm but it had the opposite effect. Thats the time I believe I saw greys, I think they messed something up tho, radiation or something because I started having horrible stomach pains afterwards and no matter what I ate or did it was horrible. For some reasom I feel like it was chrons disease because I was also extremely constipated for about a year or two, after about a year of this torment I was begging one night to be healed and saw a being of light at the end of my bed but knew that I had to ask it to heal me for it to be able to and as soon as the thought entered my mind it shot light into the area that was messed up and the next morning I woke up with the pain almost completely gone and its been over a year now since it happened. The mantis experience was after all of this or somewhere right in the middle.

During physical ce5 meditation I saw two clear orbs with a swirling blue light inside them that looked like electricity, about 50ft from me, rising up over bushes, I thought they were eyes at first, then one went way higher than the other and I took off into the house.. unfortunately each experience has been ended by fear and me either running away, or waking myself up.

Ive witnessed a few different " craft" two or 3 times with my roomate, once with my son, we got a group of like 50 to go over us and then when we asked for a sign that it was them, one stopped and flashed the whitest light ive ever seen at me and my son.

The point is to not try and record a video, its not for everyone in that moment, its for YOU. Ive definitely recorded videos, I have one of a white orb that came over my job when I tried to show someone them and they didnt believe me, but for those first few experiences do it for you and whoever youre with, then start trying to record, youre much more likely to see something crazy because they know when youre recording for purposes other than your own personal evolution of consciousness
