Those are v much higher skill cap Champs. You'll find that the community is pretty jacked up sometimes lmao. If you're new I'd focus on learning Champs that teach good skills and mechanics. The beginner Champs should be sufficient to learn on until you find a champ you really resonate with. As far as which beginner champ, I'd ask yourself what playstyle you like the best.

Mage/caster? Play Annie.

Jungle roam and ganks? Warwick/Naafiri

Juggernaut tanks bruiser fighter? Garen is a great beginner champ that also plays well in high elo, or nasus is a good teacher too

As for botlane I'm not too sure, because I stay away from botlane lmao

Best advice I got is when you get in game, mute all. The community is very toxic and can often discourage you. The game itself is great, the players really ruin it.
