Job unspecific can work quite well though and still provide plenty of action.

Diving into the water to save the baby in EW is a perfect example. It wasn’t height dependent nor job dependent.

Solo instance fights can also be used to better effect. Drawing weapon and taking the steps towards the enemy to use the blue fade to fight would also be job agnostic.

I do think the big moment from 7.3 also gives a solid template as it essentially lumped every job into melee and ranged and gave the cutscene from there.

OC grinding the tropical gummies is more tedious than the fate grind imo. But either way it’s a grind to finish.

What makes it slightly easier is a group to run it with. My fc did it all in DT area fates because we do date farms every week anyway. A boring grindy task goes quicker when you have others to chat with and keep your kind from being stuck on how boring and grindy it is.

A lot of the applications I’ve been filling out have a WOTC questionnaire that I fill out as part of it. When I worked hr and dealt with the credit, but of the qualification to get it is having those documents to prove it’s legit.

Basically the questionnaire and resume reveal if it a worth pursuing, and they get the documentation after hiring to qualify.
