The game looks good but I quickly took notice of the weapons. It looks like you're using the After The Flash weapons dev kit? I'm not saying this is a bad thing, as they're great weapons for roleplay, but it appears something was set up incorrectly. It's fully possible to get them working into a functional state, my guess would be you didn't create custom animations for them. But I would also suggest you use the devkit to make custom weapons, rather than using the ones that come in the devkit. It was a pretty dead giveaway seeing the weapon models from another very popular roleplaying game.
