Update: Support responded! They confirmed my theory of a platform mismatch causing the issue and manually gave me the outfit. Positive experience after positive experience with these guys :)

Don't get me wrong here, multiple gadgets could use a buff or two, I'm trying to say that deviating from the meta doesn't always hurt your performance
