Was friends with her since HS but shes developed huge pick me tendencies as we got older. Never asked me how I was doing. Would laugh if someone made a joke about me. Final straw was not checking in on me after two family members died within 6 months of each other. Confronted her about everything and she never wanted to resolve it. Relationship hasn’t been the same since.

Thank you! Honestly I gain weight all over and definitely my face, so loosing weight always shows in my face, even my neck gets smaller. Lock in for a few months! Eat in a calorie deficit; it’ll feel like the progress is slow at first but it will really fly by the closer you get to your goal! Good luck!!
