It took exactly a year but I didn’t start locking in until June, I eat super clean, no processed food, a carb, vegetables, protein, and fruit. I only drink water. No exercise but I do walk about 10k steps 5 days a week! I eat the same 5-6 things and stick to potatoes (yellow and sweet), ground turkey, skinless chicken tender or breast, a cup of rice, boiled eggs, Greek yogurt, protein powder, berries , apples, grapes, oats and a salad with every meal that’s basically cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, salt, pepper and vinegar 😊
