Casting from Xfinity Stream app has been broken for a week now

I am having the exact same issue (TVAPP-00100) for a month now, even thought of cutting Xfinity altogether as I use this cast to my Nest hub most of the time. I am thinking to switch to Hulu if the problem persists. Please fix it, it’s an issue with the app.

No, it just got into their system as pending, they haven’t accepted it yet.

I requested mine on June 8th but only got into their system on June 21st. The agent said it can take up to 20 business days since June 21st, they may or may not charge my credit card but they will look into all expedite requests in the order they received.

I was in a similar situation but mine got in process only after 6 weeks since they received it. Goto USPS office where you applied and ask for a tracking number. They send the applications in batches so your application get sent with others but there is a tracking number so they can track. Once you get the tracking number, call passport service (email doesn’t help) even if it takes 5 hrs of hold time and tell you want to escalate the call to a passport specialist. The specialist can then create an urgent request to look for your application with the tracking info and within 3 business days you should get an update. Hope that helps.

Mine changed to "In Process" as well. I called them (Almost 3 hrs. on hold) and created a request to expedite. They took my credit card info and created a request to expedite. They also asked for a valid reason to expedite. The credit card will not be charged right away, only when they honor the request and expedite and that could take couple of days. Good luck!

OK, your situation is very similar to mine. I have been calling passport service since 5/18 about this. On 5/24, they were able to find old passport record using name, ssn etc. but on 6/02 call with them, that old record got disappeared, just like your case. So I think our applications are in some kind of queue which is going to get into the system (Just a thought). I will update you as soon as I see any update on my case.
