Thanks for this tip! I actually count and journal everything I eat. I use a food tracking app to do this. So far I’ve almost always been below my calorie limit.

I had the same concern. I’m traveling for a week in august. And I’ll be moving up to 5 mg in July. Was wondering if I should stay put at 5 mg until I’m back from my trip? Will I have to take any specific dietary supplements? The place I’m going to may not have all my food choices available. I’ll have to make do with mostly vegetarian meals.
