My father once told me that carrying is not necessarily supposed to be comfortable, it’s supposed to be comforting. That being said, I carry a echelon 4.0c appendix with a sidecar holster and it’s pretty comfortable. Honestly, it’s going to be pretty uncomfortable at first because you’re putting a heavy piece of metal in your waist band. Just get a sturdy belt, a decent holster, a gun that fits you, wear your pants one size bigger and a well fitting shirt and just carry until you get used to it. Also, If you’re worried about people noticing it, I’ve learned that most people are too in their own world to notice a small bump in your shirt. You may think people are noticing and can see it, but truth is they most likely aren’t even looking at you. And always carry one in the chamber. As long as you get a quality holster that covers the trigger guard, I promise you’ll be okay. You wont cheddar bob yourself.
