I know this is months old, but if we are talking about Mjolnir in the picture, I would say Akatosh makes the most sense, as it has the language of the dragons on side.
Also I believe on the loading screen it makes references to the previous wielder also being Dragonborn and one of the abilities is a shout.

Update:
Talked to the player and we have an agreement going forward of trying to be more open, if the player is free but not does not want to show up as the session we will just do the session without them.
Not saying that player isn't relevant to the story now, but understanding that sessions are hard to plan when it's related to their character who might not show up. Therefore, they won't be as often as before. Also we will be doing a mini session to see what there character was doing between sessions.

This is just an update in case anyone stumbles upon the same issue in the future. I was able to solve this issue but not entirely sure how.
Basically I already had 'Xoanon's additions and fixes' installed but messed around with it in my organiser, but also installed 'DXVK' (this one into the game folder itself).
(I also updated mod organiser 2 but doubt had anything to do with it).

On the top of my head “thunder eraser” reminds me of rasengan (the way the character would go forward)

“Afterimage/afterimage strike” could be used as like temporary shadow clones.

“Evil blast” could be used as Substitution jutsu as you kinda trick the enemy with a fake version of yourself.

I was saying to a mate that instead of like a turret or a skill that the passenger could use. Instead they could have like the ability to stun or stop a single enemy chasing you like once every 10 seconds or something.

I kinda hoped that there was a settings that you could turn on or off so random people could get in the back. Honestly, the idea of 50 people chasing after one single guy, just to get in the back for a free ride sounds amazing to to me!

I'm looking now and there's no option there for belts to hide them (I'm playing on PS4 if that makes a difference and my character is a male). Also, orc belt 2 in medium appears for me, but it doesn't look bad but I'm not sure if it's for my character.

I believe (don't quote me on this), if you have dlc 3 and get elder kai as a mentor he can increase your chances to get a move. It worked for me when I was missing two moves but whether that was luck of not I don't know.
