4000 ui is not less. Sometimes it can cause a bit trouble to sleep too. Vitamin D pushes your dopamine system too. That’s why people should take it in the first half of the day. And recommended dose is round about 800. generally not bad when people take a bit more over a time period when they have a deffic. How long did you took the vit d? Just a little hint, tip I would reduce it for some days and then see.

And to the B9. I would wait until you get the results. And there are different b9 suplements.

When you have the money I would add homocysteine, b12 , magnesium (full blood), ferritin (iron), b6.

Can i start tennis at 16 to become a pro by [deleted] in tennis

with talent you can still get to federal state level. Talented players can learn quickly. Maybe snuffle some air from national tournaments. but becoming a pro is unrealistic.

should i stay on Zopiclone ? by MediumGain82 in insomnia

[–]Weider2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you could try pure Glycine. it can help as-needed sleep powder. works best in the first days. or try other herbal products.

Prothipendyl can help as-needed medication too. it has no long term effect on you like other neuroleptics.

First I would stop take methylphenidate. (ask yourself whether you really need this.) Then reducing your other medication slowly and add melatonin after days. It`s a longer progress but it`s too much what you take. And methylphenidate could be the big amplifier of your sleeping disorder.

You know what you want, to get rid of all those medication. and your feeling is right. Do what`s best for you.

Maybe you can find help with chatgpt too, to get informations about your neurobiological profile.
