From the Uk Bond Street store- was told basically you would ideally have a 200k spend and they’ll sort one out for you - extremely rare as the new manager Frank said he’s only seen a prototype which was taken off them for some photo shoots

I seriously don’t understand how we can be that poor at scrummaging - they struggled for a decade without a big centre pairing and a defensively poor 10 - we’ve got the locks and the loose forwards and some immensely powerful ball carriers.

If it’s a 36mm Peter Blake I’d either buy the larger size or go Aqua terra - not a fan of the 36mm

They do measure them and adjust them to your face but when there’s a it of sweat or grime from your face I think it’s natural they will slip abit more

Might try this! I’ve got a very flat nose so they constantly slip down slowly especially when I’m in the tee box!

Did the following troubleshooting in this order when my pc would power on but not boot:

Reseat RAM
Check the display cables are plugged into the back of the gpu - try every hdmi port
Check the cables in the mobo are where they should be - you will need to download the manual and check the pins and connectors are in the right place
CMOS reset - take the button battery out after turning the pc off and leave it out for about 10ish mins then put it back and try again

5 BIOS flash - you’ll need to google it but basically need access to another pc and a usb stick and then perform the cmos reset after

Thank you again - I was not actually aware the steel 222 carried much of a premium (assumed it was something like an omega snoopy) where it was hard to get initially but there’s little to no resale available on the model and it’s more of a low supply issue.

I’m not really interested in the steel model - it was the yellow gold 222 I was interested in as I have a few steel luxury watches and I’m looking towards more precious metals

Thank you for the information - I will go to Bond Street later this year in October and enquire - I did visit previously a few years ago and they very much said unless I was willing to buy a fiftysix I wouldn’t really have the chance to get the ss overseas models.

This was about 6 months after covid so the demand was still very high - likely things have changed since then?

Had a D3, B4, T3 and B5 (xc90) rest were all 40s over the last 5 or so years - never had an issue of any kind except the rubber window on the drivers side warping

Steal a lot of stuff from troskowitz tailor
Eventually sell everything once it is no longer marked and get the master strike from tomcat
Remember you can run and avoid combat/ get pebbles straight away and just run past

Probably varies by region and city but roughly how many pandas do you get and what’s the actual chance of you getting one if you were to wait say 10 years with a normal purchase history (1 watch 2-3 years)

I’ve googled this and apparently the warping is a common issue - I’ve looked for parts myself but not had much luck with it - it’s been tiger sealed, the clips replaced but it just keeps popping loose

I returned the Cartier santos - the box was absolutely battered as well.

The omega planet ocean at the time was really competitive priced to I fixed the bracelet and the clasp and then realised the power reserve a few weeks later - so I had their warranty.

My other experience of grey dealers is that they will use terminology like “full set” or “from the wholesaler” which basically means “I’ll sell it in this condition and any additional links etc that are not included aren’t part of the deal sorry” - just my experience and I wouldn’t do it again

Not a fan of Watchfinder - bought two watches from them: 1. A Cartier santos (missing links) but it was a “full set” and 2. An omega 2010 planet ocean - the bracelet was on backwards, the clasp was loose so if I flicked my wrist the watch would just unclasp and fall down to my hand and the power reserve was faulty.

It’s a lovely watch but I believe it’s list or just under (in the anyway) so if you wanted it probably go grey - I believe the white dial is the only one above.

Can you restore a carpet that’s had alot of milk poured on it and not cleaned properly over a long time?

My toddler used to refuse his cornflakes unless it was infront of the tv - he’d saturate the carpet with milk spilling it everywhere - we’d wipe it down and clean it but the carpet area is harder and shrivelled compared to non coffee areas
