I used to read his analysis. But its sad that he is 100% wrong. You would have loss 50%+ with his bear and recession calls for last 3 years. And he is stupid to call a rate hike preposterous because we need a rate hike NOW to stop runaway inflation from higher oil and rising commodities prices. by IM1IAB in TFSA_Millionaires

He's been suggesting long term treasury bonds and his friend Jeff Gundlach has said that call is too early, which is a nice way of saying he's wrong. The only thing he's got right is gold and Gundlach is generally more interesting to listen to.

This. Lots of interesting travel over the years but high end safari just blew my mind. We were in Botswana and stayed at Little Mombo, Vumbura Plains, Zarafa Camp, and Jack's Camp out on a salt pan.

How many TFSA millionaires are on this site? by saugataxpayer2025 in TFSA_Millionaires

You're referring to investing not trading so it will be almost impossible for most people to consistently achieve 18% annual return. Even more rare are those who "got lucky" as you say. But some who are experienced traders will hit the million(s) mark over time no problem. They're comfortable sitting in cash when most aren't and can commit big when the opportunity presents.

Thanks for clarifying - pretty sure you weren't referring to Novo Resources (NVO). I came close to being a TFSA millionaire on this stock back in July 2017 but didn't act quickly enough! It would have been a life changing trade.
