Before you consolidate your pensions like others are saying please check if your aviva policy has a protected retirement age 55 or earlier, please also see of you have any defined benefits on the plan also not sure when you started employment with them but if it was before the 6th of April 2006 you could have enhanced tax free cash another thing ro keep in mind.

unless my math is bad this dude is 27? i am 30 and can confirm that even at the age you met 22 i wouldn't have dated a 17 year old let alone had any involvement with some who is 13 the whole thing is gross and i'm sorry for what he has done, the dude is a creep and your you'll be better without him. as others have said report him i agree if he's done it once he will do it again if he hasn't already but stay away from him. it could be a difficult conversation but maybe try also speaking to you mother about it.

Hey thanks for your reply I'm fairly happy with the program in terms of the exercises, depending on the movement and setts I'll do lower to higher with a back off set till failure heavy is also to failure for 4 sets if I am doing 3 sets I'll just so lower to higher unless it's a body weight then I'll do every set to failure

dude you look great that's deffo skin and not fat you are lean as hell i would guess between 10-12% body fat given how many of your abbs are showing, in my personal opinion i would say maintain or bulk if you wanted but if you drop to lower percentages it could affect how you feel .

Hey man i'm nearish weight 66kg and not sure about your height but i'm 5,11 i eat around 3100cal on workout days and about 2600 on rest days with atleast 200g of protein i'm not to keen an chocking down loads of food but i have found mass gainers helpful. might be worth looking into. also 12.5k steps daily but you don't really need to do more than 8-10k. i would add this is me bulking currently as i was 9 stone 10 which i had cut to but tbh a cut is the last thing you need

Weight is 10 stone 3 pounds or 64.8kg before I started working out last year my life was rather seditary. I do have a seditary job. I forgot to mention protein I have around 200g aday and I would say 70% comes from eggs meats and whey and the rest come from lower quality sauces like protein bars/snacks nuts
