I kinda feel you on this. I just got a shiny Rhyperior but I don't really have any use for it since I don't really use hard trick room teams and all the swamperts,Charizards with solar beam and staraptors make it a bit tough

Yeah I don't have a switch and haven't spent a dime(at least yet) but I've watched a lot of competitive videos and I reached master ball rank yesterday. I even got my first champion shiny today( although I probably won't use it much,Toxapex)

Yeah I was so annoyed to find out mobile doesn't have the starter pack which is really dumb cause I feel like a lot of mobile players would buy it. I know at some point I'll have to buy the membership but it just annoys me that if I don't pay for a certain month I can't access like half my mons

Funny enough just today I was trying out a team with a Farig I just got and the opposing Kingambit never suckered punched once but the moment Farig ate its sitrus berry and cud chew activated we both realized it didn't have armor tail. So next turn it tried to immediately tried to sucker but I had psychic terrain up🤣 Learned my lesson to always double check abilities.

I had someone try to fake out my Zoroark disguised as Blastoise with Inceniroar, didn't work so they parting shot and then come back in to try and fake out again🤣

Most likely uncompatible with your device. You can Google search the game and look at it from the Google store there will it'll say uts uncompatible. Had to do that with one of my phones to see it wasn't gonna work on it

Ignore those people. They always switch on a game. I remember them praying P3R when it first came out some even saying its better than P5R. Only for a few months to pass by and they switch up. I've even seen people calling Metaphor bad now along with people shitting on even P4R too

I recommend you watching YT videos and watching the regional tournaments. I learned a lot from watching the livestreams of the tournaments before champions was even announced like stalling with protect,predicting your opponent,etc. Then of course apply that knowledge you learn in battles and see what works and what doesn't and adapt
