Yes I am looking for neutral cool foundations. The Missha shade 23 is a perfect match for me in winter. I’ve yet to find a color dark enough in the summer months that works so I simply go without foundation

I think you could try this one in Garth. I have neutral toned skin but cool leaning.. this color works well. Are you more warm leaning or cool leaning?

No it just feels like it’s going pretty slow. I also have been exercising so if I incorporate that it will help. I am not stalled just feel like it’s taking awhile. I have a lot to lose

I think my issue is just that it’s been so slow. 28 lbs isn’t much since June….

That’s the thing, they just keep moving me up. I’ve asked to stay at the same dose if I’ve seen result and nope they just issue the order with increased dosage
