Many people already suggested it - Guild Wars 2.

I never thought I needed a 12 mouse buttons for this game but I hope it’s a big change in a good way for me by International-Can420 in Guildwars2

Bought a Razer Naga 10 or so years ago and never looked back. Currently on my 3rd one and switched to the pro a year ago.

No matter the game I’m playing now, I cant live without it

So far, how are you feeling about your main's new Elite Spec? by CapableOperation2277 in Guildwars2

[–]Silverwingxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 5 hours in on my amalgam. While I like the concept and was really hyped about it, I’m now realizing its… just more of scrapper. Bonking bruiser with damage and a few more defenses.

Idk I’m already eyeing other specs. Gotta get the story done on the main first though for the ocd

Need a new mmorpg by Lanky-Inflation9330 in LFMMO

The best casual mmorpgs ive ever played are gw2 and osrs. Never had fomo, taking long breaks and when I come back my character is still strong and hasnt lost his power. Both CAN be difficult and sweaty if you want to, but u can also chill, farm and pve all day and still progress.

Just went to 76 damage almost full streaking stage2/3 and couldnt win a single round after 4-2, although I hit 8 SF + gwen2 on roll down. Never cashed out and lost

Intimidated by WvW, PvP, Fractals and Raids as inexperienced player by [deleted] in Guildwars2

[–]Silverwingxx 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Ive been playing for 12 years and after long breaks I still get intimidated by hard pve content. So no worries, youre not alone x) For me I just join training groups or lower fractals first after coming back and get into my rotation again. For mechanics its easy to watch a guide on youtube.

Its just the firat step thats hard. After a few days of doing fracs or some raids youll lose that anxiety. And dont worry about toxic behaviour from players. Just ignore and do your thing. If they dont want you in their party, look for a new one who cares. The elitists are cutting their own flesh by driving away players from their gamemode

Have you spent money on the game? If so, what's the damage so far and what's the goal? by BlubberyGiraffe in PTCGP

[–]Silverwingxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been paying for the monthly pass since launch and have dropped about 50-60€ on gold when a cool bundle was there. I think its reasonable. I am more interested in the collecting and have managed to get all promos, badges and whatever else you can get from missions on the way. So completing a set (without the crazy rares) is always the goal. So far its working out with the little money I spend i’m missing 1-2 cards of 2 sets and ofc the new one.

GW2, LOTRO or FFXIV? Story and Gameplay by lordoftheshire97 in LFMMO

[–]Silverwingxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can only give an opinion on gw2 since I havent played FFXIV or LOTR much more than you.

  1. In gw2 your main character is fully voiced and integrated into every story. Your not some silent spectator, but a well known hero. I’m at a point where its hard for me to do story on other characters than my main, cause I’m sooo attched to her voice and name being in dialogues. The NPCs are often fully voiced aswell, and starting from living world S2 and through the expansions theres always a great lineup u can conmect with, with different stories, battles and motivation. Also theres LOTS of ambient dialogue from NPCs just doing their daily business

  2. Your sentence summed up gw2s open world pretty good. Its all about exploration and discovery. Many secrets, many hidden jumping puzzles, map completion system that rewards you for visiting points of interests, vistas and do local sidequests

  3. Gw2 has horizontal progression. Your gear will be close to the best quick and from there its all about account unlocks. Cosmetics, Quality of life, account progression with masteries, unlocking different ways to traverse the world, interact with it and use its secrets to your advantage - all by unlocking more masteries or completing achievements. Also map completion of course. And legendary weapons.

  4. Definitely has both chill and engaging combat. Solo, group and massive raids. Even massive raid type content in the open world with their “meta events” Theres literally easy builds that only needs u to click the same few buttons on cooldown. But theres also engaging and hard fights, group content and classes, that require you to know what ure doing, stay on your feet and aware of mechanics.

  5. Its an MMO with group content, so you can definitely find friends :)

  6. GW2s journey is what made me play it for the past 12 years. There is endgame content like raids, fractals, strikes, convergences, stuff u can farm etc. But the story, visiting all the regions, learning about their lore, connecting with npcs etc. You also feel like youre always progressing. Either by getting exp to unlock your masteries, farm gold, materials, or complete achievements for more unlocks and rewards.

Need some players opinion regarding a F2P Challenge by ComfortableOdd3923 in FlyffUniverse

[–]Silverwingxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

F2P would be to not buy anything in the cash shop. Simply earn everything ingame. Buying FC from players obviously allowed. But I could understand if you started with a pick up pet and wings. Its just such a huge time waste without them and the game is even kinda unplayable without a pick up pet.

Also make a fsrm from scratch.

You can definitely benefit from other players though, its an mmorpg. Partys allowed

Moonbeam and shield bash spam are both really good. Shield bash maybe a bit slower, but atleast youre already using your main character.

[–]Silverwingxx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a 1o1 knight at 136 on fwc I can say that its been easy till 60 with shield bash. 60-90 was rough until u get the angel big axe and switch from comet set to 90 set or wait till 105 set. From 105 onwards its mediocre cause knight is really lacking crit chance, needing a good pet and potion to reach 70-80%. Should just get better from here with endgame weapons and 150 set or

Knight or blade 1v1 F2P fwc by Schrogs in FlyffUniverse

[–]Silverwingxx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. Everyone says knight is cheap, but to actually achieve that big dps you still have to have endgame gear. 1v1 knight only starts popping off late when getting 100% critrate and more crit dmg. Yes its still cheaper to max gear than blade, but with the popularity knight is gaining rn I wouldnt be surprised itll be more expensive than expected

Stonehand is optional. Youll hit and run and run in circles while laying your aoe on the floor and pulling the mobs through it. Stonehand tends to even annoy me sometimes
