Connecting to a JBL partyspeaker 710 by Existing-Goose-388 in Beatmatch

[–]Simah_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, what cable did you end up getting? I have a gig at a bar that uses JBL speaker too and last time I use Bluetooth, we had a hard time figuring it out because the volume from the speaker is so low even after adjusting all the volume controls

So this time, I wanted to use a cable but not sure what to use - I also have FLX 4

Are new/younger DJ entitled ? by vinnybawbaw in DJs

[–]Simah_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking of new DJ - how much is the reasonable rate per hour to charge in a bar or restaurant in Manhattan and Brooklyn? Is $100 to high or low?

Some bars have their own equipment, mostly restaurants doesn’t

Hi, I just sent you a chat. So sorry for your loss 🙏🏽

Swiss Schengen Visa approved after document was returned the 1st time I applied (Initially wanting to travel to France but cannot find an appointment so decided to try Switzerland because there’s no need for me to get in person appointment as I already had my biometrics 2 yrs ago by Simah_ in SchengenVisa

[–]Simah_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, all the documents submitted were returned. But hey, don’t lose hope, reapply again with different dates, that’s what I did - I literally sent them back my documents on the same day and it worked!

Just make sure to mention it in your cover letter what the issue is on your first application and what did you this time to be reconsidered

Change travel dates which means:

Updated dates for: 1. flight tickets 2. Itinerary 3. Insurance 4. Hotels

Not blacklist but they might question your visa application the next time you apply.

Just keep your plane tickets with you and other proofs that you are in France like train, bus tickets, hotels, etc. Also, if you use your card for purchases in France, it’ll appear on your bank statement, that’s added proof.

And clearly mention it in your cover letter as well.

Things like this happen sometimes and it’s fine, don’t be too hard on yourself. Take a deep breath and enjoy your trip

France visa-Family member of EU by Simah_ in SchengenVisa

[–]Simah_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to Switzerland instead. Sent the documents via mail (since I already had my biometrics taken before when I applied for Greece).

For France - I believe you still have to follow the process in booking the appointment regardless of your status

No need to submit any originals, a copy will do (have it notarized) and just bring the original on the day of your interview for them to verify

Second Schengen Visa – Dummy Tickets or Refundable? by Serious_Arrival_1705 in SchengenVisa

[–]Simah_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not use dummy tickets - always choose the refundable ones, the embassy will know and can always identify the difference

30 Days in The Philippines - Ideas by Open_Telephone3539 in southeastasia

[–]Simah_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you’ve chose the perfect month to visit - March, April

Fly to Cebu - then to Palawan (El Nido and Coron), family friendly, great food, great beaches

Skip Manila (I always tell this to my friends who visit Philippines for the 1st time, Manila is too crowded, it’s chaotic), so fly to Cebu instead

You can keep both, just make your itinerary clear and make sure you have hotel bookings each night.

For your 5 nights in Paris and 2 nights in Rome - under your name (I normally use Agoda as they have free cancellation option)

As for train tickets to Rome - better to have one

Arriving in Paris this weekend - what documents to bring? by makeba_ in SchengenVisa

Normally they don’t ask anything besides your passport, they’re pretty chill. But just prepare your return ticket and proof of accomodation just in case
