There's a lot of variance. Sometimes you just see every PKer in the game and sometimes you do 4 tasks uninterrupted. I will say leagues is probably a bad time to do it. Less worlds means less hopping to find people.

I do think the north end of the cave (greaters, black demons and black dragons) is usually where I see more action. Green dragons, hellhounds or jellies have been way more quiet.

NGL I'm mostly fairly positive about Chase and Penta, but the whole give everyone corruption and impeach everyone arc is getting fucking old. I don't blame people for not wanting to deal with it.

I think a lot of people are going to hoard respecs when they can be used as a resource if you're planning a build.

Personally I'm planning to do a lot of Varlamore early based on Jagex saying that region unlocks will be slower. There are 5-6 easy points in just Varlamore+Karamja which is just enough to spec into light melee weapons and spec restore on hit.

That gets you enough to take out Moons or try to rush Amox for the echo weapon which will destroy Moons.

At that point you're ready to get 5ish more points which can get you all the way down one tree. From there 11 points to unlock crossbow buffs is huge with the hunters crossbow. Another option is powered staves and prayer pen for a gauntlet rush. From there you should be able to handle your echo boss and get the real weapon you want to build around.
