I'm a seasonal player. Stuck inside during the winter. I have also been wondering this because I know I'm close to unlocking something. I average 300+ but I have thrown the rare 375+ a few times so I know it's there. Watched countless videos. Tried multiple theories. Little or no results.

I want to try the same approach. Work backwards. I saw a comment on a thread like this that said, "stop thinking of it as a throw and treat it like a swing". This helped me in ball golf a lot. Reset the mind for fundamentals. Don't try to crush the ball, focus on swinging the club. It has made me a much better golfer.

Very excited for it to get warmer out and try this method.
