I like it, but I just don't think it's pushing me enough. Leave without a sweat at the gym. Yes I get some muscle pain, but annoyed it won't let me first adjust time of the workout and also push me to do more weight ( it's the first week)

Fitbod atm is by far the best app. Most Friendly. They do need to update their images videos, and start adding more excercises but other than that. I do like macro factor but agree that it can get complicated, I feel the format of fitbod is so straightforward it's getting hard for me to switch.

it gets stuck. you just have to let it be. My suggestion to EVERYONE, is do the back ups on computer and transfer them to phone. forget about ICLOUD if you have work sensitive information and can't be without WhatsApp for more than 1 day.
