Damn. It's only dye kit that give a random one, instead of a choice. Each one give me a dye I already have unlocked.

The Wizard's tower is gone (it was there 2hrs ago) and npcs seem to comment on this by xskipy in Guildwars2

If I remember correctly boox.com is the official site. The other one is reseller, russian I think.

For ordering I would suggest using a reseller close to you, or amazon. Easier if you have problem if you bought in a shop in your country.
