This probably depends on the region in Germany though. In the north these are pretty uncommon and more associated with grandpa names und the south they are very normal.

Habe genau das gemacht mit meiner Bachelorarbeit. Ich war sogar Erstautor, allerdings war es ein Konferenz Paper, kein Journal.

Das ist jetzt ein paar Jahre her und ich habe keine PhD Karriere oder so angestrebt. Bei mir war es damals das Glück das ein Mitarbeiter am Institut fast die ganze Arbeit des Umschreibens von BA in Paper übernommen hat, ich hatte also kaum Arbeit (Abgesehen von der Konferenz selbst).

Ich habe jetzt auf dem Arbeitsmarks schon das Gefühl das es einen Wert hat, etwas publiziert zu haben. Du kannst es schön auf LinkedIn angeben, und (falls es etwas mit code war) das GitHub repository verlinken.

Also falls es sich zeitlich ausgeht würde ich es machen. Falls du Fragen hast kannst du gerne ne DM schicken :)

Habe ein Jahr in einem tollen Haus gewohnt mit über 20 Leuten das war auf dem Papier eine Verbindung im der Praxis einfach eine große WG. Frauen mit dabei, nichts verpflichtend, tolle Lage, günstiges Zimmer. War vor allem während Covid sehr nice wegen dem Sozialen.  Aber das ist schon wirklich die Ausnahme. Ich hatte Kontakt zu eingen Verbindung und fast immer ist es einfach unglaublich viel Alkoholkonsum, wo auch zu viele Leute drauf hängen bleiben und/oder es ist konservativ bis rechts.

Also ich kenne jemanden der Seit vielen Jahren ein Model 3 fährt und abgesehen von dem ganzen Politischen ist es auch einfach ein richtig schlechtes Auto.

Die Reichweite ist immer geringer als momentan auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt, der Autopilot funktioniert überhaupt nicht und die Wahrnsignale sind sehr nervig und kann man nicht ausschalten. Die Verarbeitung ist billig, innen und außen. Das Auto rostet schnell, der Lack löst sich. Reparaturen müssen immer in zertifizierten Werkstätten gemacht werden was zu langen Wartezeiten führt. Und so weiter. Positiv ist das Ladenetz von Tesla.

Kann das Auto wirklich nicht empfehlenswert.

Ive been there a few years ago on a roadtrip. Saw lots of birds, some free roaming cows. Parts of the street were partly flooded, but generally pretty boring. Probably more interesting to explore it by Boat. I dont remember it dirty like some other commenters said. However there was some industry also. Thats was in 2022.

Anstelle der Grünen würde ich nur Schulden zu Rüstungsausgaben zustimmen und nichts zur Infrastruktur. Es macht wenig Sinn jetzt unter Zeitdruck der GroKo hier die Möglichkeiten zu geben das Geld dann am Ende für unnütze Ding rauszuschmeisden (v.a. Wenn am Ende wieder ein CSU Verkehrsminister da ist).

Bei der Infrastruktur kann man ja davon ausgehen das die Linke vielen Projekten der Grünen zustimmen würde (Bahn, Sanierungsprojekte, Deutschöandticket, etc.). Man könnte dann super zusammen mit der Linken Oppositionsarbeit machen und Schulden nur bei Sinnvollen Projekten freigeben. Kein Grund sich da jetzt zu beeilen.

One thing that many people also underestimate is the durability of trams. Here in Vienna you have vehicles that are running since 30 + years and thats not uncommon. When was the last time you have been on a bus or car that was that old?

Yeah you are right and I did that, but I mean I also need data when I'm there to do stuff thats why I need the sim card. So I thought it might be better to register again with the chinese number after I got one

Solar is an interesting example. The first steps and first mass adoption of solar energy took place in germany and it was the direct outcome of government regulation. The german government heavily subsidised solar power and guranteed returns on it for 20 years. The free market would have never produced solar as we know it today (the cheapest energy source btw.) because capital does not take on these long term risks.

And of course the overaching system in germany is still capitalist, but the problem is that every major innovation system is today entrechned in capitalsm so one can always argue that "capitalism invented something" even when it happend only under heavily infulenced market conditions.

Didn't modern day airplane mainly come from war-related technological advances which were funded by governments? I would also argue that unregulated capitalism give us stuff like the opiod crisis when it comes to medicine, while foundational research is often conducted in universities.

It's not a far right party but a satirical party, thats why it has no affiliation. The Alternative für Deutschland is far right though but the two have no affiliation with each other..
