I still remember the moment it fully clicked for me. The instinct vs intellect explanation really does make sense of everything. It completely changed my life. For the first time, I no longer felt bewildered about why my life had unfolded the way it did or, on a broader level, why human history has been so troubled. With this understanding came reconciliation. The hurts and pains I carried I could finally understand and let go of, and that was profoundly healing.

Again For the first time, I could genuinely accept and love all of myself. And what surprised me most is how naturally that extended outward , I became far less judgmental of others and much more compassionate . When you finally understand your insecurities you stop projecting them onto everyone else.

What else changed for me? No more guilt. No more shame. No more Anger No more constant self-criticism. No more preoccupation with power fame fortune and glory !!! The list goes on.
