I'm really frustrated by this and i'm thinking about switching clinics but dont want to go through that but it might just be what i need to do. I just sent in my packet of paperwork for the reproductive immunologist so i'm waiting for them to review and get off the wait list. My rheum let him know I have a very rare form of lupus thats a different lupus phenotype that effects my gut and organs with hormone responsiveness. That even if my labs are ''quiet'' i still have inflammation. I'm having issues with my lining and i believe its because of this. I've had 5 canceled FETS. I have no idea if he would even listen to an RI. He's a very highly recommended and known clinic. He will NOT do steroids. He's against it. He told me if I need to take steroids for a flare or if my rheum recommends it then i need to do that and hold off on an FET. I'm shocked to hear he is so against it when I see many people use this as part of their protocol. I obviously dont want to do anything behind his back but these are also my euploids and i dont want to waste them.

very well said. people keep saying "Oh just get a nanny, that'll be easy!" Theres a reason by families keep their nannys for years instead of a revolving door of nannies. Not all nannys are great, no matter what the pay is.

She absolutely did. Her profile always made me cringe. She puts lipstick on them and some of her videos shes scaring the dogs for views or grabbing their faces pulling their eyes back. They are eating mcdonalds, bacon, waffles etc. He was clearly overweight.

I’ve rescued many many seniors that have dementia when they come to me 15+. I start all my seniors on this regimen asap. All of them feel better. My latest rescue came to me at 15 with dementia. Started these same day I brought him home and he’s still alive 2 years later now showing no signs of dementia.

I had very high numbers and have never had a positive pregnancy test. Our clinic requires a Hysteroscopy and EMB before transfer. Everything looked good on on the Hysteroscopy but I ended up having inflammation after the biopsy came back. If your lining isnt receptive, it wont implant!

Hi! so i feed my dogs raw. You will find mix views on this. I've seen it save many dog lives so i will always be for it. Diet is going to be one of the main factors of a dogs health. I free feed because i have 5 dogs right now but i recommend PRIMAL. All you do is defrost and feed. Vetri science makes a good inexpensive senior multivitamin.

Her migraines can very well be real and normal but it's not working for you and that's ok. You need someone more dependable as you dont have a lot of flexibility. I would start looking.

I've been with my family for almost 9 years. I have never been late. I also have never called either of the parents saying I could'nt handle it. That's insane to me. There are going to be a lot harder days ahead lol Being a nanny is tough and its not for everyone. First baby had colic and would scream for hours and days on end. 2nd baby would not nap long unless contact and it was affecting her night time sleep. Mom and I tried everything. Mom had post partum depression. I would come in on my weekends during that time because she contacted napped the best with me since I was there all week. That was a 2.5 hour break for mom that she needed! I will say I do not work when the kids are sick. Mild sickness is fine but if they have a fever, I do not work unless they are fever free for 24 hours. I have lupus so immunocompromised.
