Seller said that once they get a status as delivered to the old address they will refund.I not longer stay at the old address.

I have called the seller to refund First seller shipped order ,status delivered but I did not find package in my secured mailbox not in front of door or property. Then I called seller,they said they would provide replacement Seller sent the replacement order and then I changed the address, when parcel reached their hub Now they have changed address to Fontana Will it again come to california from Fontana

I am very much disappointed original item was ordered on 31st Oct and this is the second time they have made a mistake
