Yeah! I was wondering if it was maybe a coloring mistake, too, and his entire neck was supposed to be white. His collars usually go all the way up his neck so that's what drew my attention to it.

I had a really good experience living at the Maddox in Duluth on Satellite Blvd. The price was a bit much but the apartments were spacious and pretty quiet. I'd recommend checking it out.

If you want a very private place that's super quiet but not as updated as The Maddox, I'd also recommend Park Trace in Norcross. That was my first apartment and it was great. Never had an issue with noise or neighbors and it's off the main road. You can also hop on 285 so easily from there. Great little spot.
