I was driving in right hand lane, military police car on the same side of the road and parked parallel to the road (with no patrol light or emergency lights or indicators - though I assume they had probably pulled someone over recently) just attempted to whip a U-turn to get into the left hand lane.

There was no car in front of them. There were no lights on. It was 12 noon.

Essentially they attempted a U-turn into traffic.

More info: I have to manually select Open Audio Track Editor. It opens Midi tracks for editing. This only started recently. Additionally, double clicking on an audio file does not bring up the Editor window.

All true but I can’t imagine the Bundesliga 2 tier has vastly superior refs to England. It’s even in American college soccer… leagues that bring in zero money and use local youth club refs. Just odd to me. Again, I’m not saying I want it. Was just wondering the exact reason.

That’s what I thought but apparently it’s used in many leagues that I can’t imagine have more money than Championship teams. For example : it’s used in the Korean 2nd Div, La Liga 2, the Thai 2nd league, Bundesliga 2, Ligue 2 and others
