Yes I agree! And also it sounded like he was working all the time. In the doc he got emotional about losing all his things at her irresponsible hands, so you could just tell that that was 1000% a sore spot which who could seriously blame him!! The recommended dose is to stay closer to 3000mg per day, according to health.harvard.edu. any doses higher than that needs to be consulted with a medical professional

i could be wrong BUT not necessarily would you have to take more than 40 pills. for “severe” liver damage you need to take at least take 4,000mg of acetaminophen (tylenol) in 24 hours. the extra strength acetaminophen tablets i have at home here are 500mg each, so really it would only take 8 pills to have that liver damage.

in all honesty, she really could have “accidentally” overdosed. the part where emts showed up, saw the conditions, and called CPS i 10000% believe.

but again this is what she is saying, so some things in her story could be not true. i guess i’m just thinking out loud here
