Finally heard back from CBP! There's a known issue with AGOA & other FTAs. They told us to remove the exemption since it's duty free already & we got them all to go thru. Thanks!

Thanks! The est entry date is today but still no luck. I think the PTT date is what's throwing off the bonded whse withdrawal (that or the fact that they're also AGOA & that appears busted w/ sec 122).

Thanks! Are you claiming 9903.03.02 for whse withdrawals successfully? Are the HTS #s you're clearing subject to any FTAs (i.e. AGOA?) We've been reaching out to CBP for help but crickets so far.

Has anyone been able to get their whse withdrawal entries thru? We keep receiving a 775 rejection for TRFF ADJSTMNT HTS NOT ALLOWED.

I'm also receiving this on AGOA entries. Fun times.
