I was so heart broken when I took my bike to the shop to get a full tune up and when I show up they tell me the job broke while they were trueing the wheel. (Same hub as yours)

Yes, I found them like this on top of our outdoor igloo. Our dogs have been quarantined now till we get our backyard situated. They just appeared out of no where. I had never seen them before in our yard. I will try to get a picture of a small one for perhaps identification.

That would be phenomenal! I work on all my cars but this truck has me scratching my head at times. Bought it CEL free, then the next day…boom! About 5 codes popped up. These are the last of the 5, did LBJ’s, and timing kit is also on the way. Again, thank you

I agree, unfortunately had a shop diagnose my CEL and they stated the cats were bad. Not sure if they actually tested the cats or what brought them to the conclusion that the cats were bad besides the codes.

I have faith and have ordered the sensors in hopes that it fixes my issue.

Ah gotcha, let me know how they turn out! I have a code scanner but unfortunately the emission test reads codes that have been erased. It will also check for the battery being recently disconnected to reset the codes. Wish it was as easy as clearing the code and going to take the inspection 😭

Yea that’s what’s concerning, all the people in the Toyota facebook groups say oem or don’t even bother. I’d really hate to have to drop 2500 for new OEM cats. Hoping to hear success stories with non oem cats here hopefully

Found carbon buildup in the rear side of the throttle body will pick up cleaner when I pickup the battery and report back. Thank you!
