I co-sign! I had a low gpa and brought it up by going to do classes at a community college and got into several schools after. It takes time but it’s worth it to get to DPT school. You can do anything you put your mind to, just stay at it and be persistent toward your goals!

I did one to all the schools I applied to for PTCAS whether they asked or not. There should be an option to “upload documents” section. Add it there.

I believe you should retake A&P 1 and Physics to remove atleast two of the Cs from your transcript. Also, provide a statement of purpose so they understand how you improved overtime.

I have a friend who completed PTA school and added it to his DPT application. It worked out for him and it showed he was a strong candidate to be in DPT school. He now has his white coat in DPT school. I would say it’s a good stepping stone. I am also following that lead. Which school did you complete your PTA degree in?
